Martha Dira Prameswari

My name is Martha Dira Prameswari, a vocational high school graduate with three years of experience in the field of accounting. I am skilled in financial record-keeping, report preparation, and systematic administrative data management. Since my first year in vocational school, I have successfully built and managed a food and beverage business, which has helped develop my entrepreneurial spirit, independence, and business management skills from an early age. I completed an internship at Bank Jatim, where I worked in the administration division, gaining valuable insights into banking operations and administrative processes. Additionally, I interned at Gema Foundation in the field of Information Technology (IT), broadening my knowledge and technical skills in the digital field. My academic achievements and entrepreneurial experiences led me to win a Golden Ticket through a Technopreneurship competition, granting me direct admission to Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS) — one of Indonesia’s leading vocational institutions in technology. Motivated by this journey, I also actively serve as a youth motivator, inspiring others to take initiative and pursue their goals from a young age.
